Nazir serves as the Head of Engineering and has accumulated more than 13 years of experience in the Solar PV industry. He has been with Essens Renewable since 2018, contributing significantly to the company’s engineering excellence and project execution.

With over 15 years of experience in the power sector, Jaydeep has played a key role at Essens Renewable since 2017. His engineering leadership supports the delivery of complex, utility-scale projects.

Adi brings more than 13 years of experience in the power sector. He became part of Essens Renewable in 2020 and has been instrumental in overseeing project delivery and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

With over 13 years of experience in the power sector, Fajri joined the company in 2020 and has since been responsible for optimizing asset performance and ensuring operational efficiency.
